ESC-ATMATIC MF SERIES
Precision fully automatic screen printing machine for highest demands with CCD camera system for quality printing on flat materials such as foils, paper, etc.
This includes e.g. EL foils, light guide plates, BEF foils, touch screens, membrane keyboards, flexible printed circuits, etc.

Mode of operation:
- the material is fed via a feeder
- after detection by the CCD camera system, the feeder table is automatically aligned and positioned with the highest precision
- alignment and positioning on the vacuum table in < than 1 sec.
- the feed table moves into the printing station
- the printing process starts automatically
- the printing table moves to the starting position
- the material is automatically deposited, at the same time the printing table moves back to the register station and takes over the material from the feeder
