Versatile equipment combination for the production of screen printing stencils complete with metal halide lamp, vacuum copying frame and drying cabinet for screens.


Standard features:

  • high exposure precision by means of light dosing unit with photo-cell and measuring of UV intensity, with UV filter and program memory
  • vacuum copying frame conceived for all kinds of stencils equipped with snap closing and highly flexible rubber blanket
  • special glass plate with edge grinding
  • automatic function and display of vacuum time, settings and rapid venting capability
  • amber light for insertion with automatic start
  • screen drying cabinet in the lower part of the unit consisting of 3 drawer-type grids to assure quick and dust-free drying of the stencils
  • warm air blower with adjustable temperature and time settings
  • can be dismantled for transport
  • model Unicop-T equipped with drying cabinet, model Unicop-S is available without drying cabinet
