SAKURAI SC-AII SERIES
All-automatic Swing Cylinder Screen Printing Machine with Sheet Feeder
The Sakurai SC-AII as swing cylinder machine is the ideal machine for all printing jobs requiring high-grade quality standards.
It is easy to operate, equipped with modern technical features and electronic control system, whereby sheet registering is carried out all automatically. Optimum print capacity with high production reliability are assured.
The SC-AII series is capable of printing on various soft and semi-rigid substrates such as paper, plastic sheet, film and metallic sheet, ranging in thickness from 0.1 to 0.8 mm. It is also possible to print on thicker or thinner substrates depending on the flexibility of the material.
Hairline registration is guaranteed at print speeds of 1,500 – 2,500 (SC-142 AII: 1,000 – 2,000) sheets per hour.

- original Sakurai Center Separation Feeder for stable and smooth feeding of different substrates, reversible from stream to universal feeding

- press down feed rollers/brushes for smooth delivery of both thinner and thicker material to the gripper system

- rebound stopper at delivery side
- movable rebound stopper, following the movement of the sheet
- and preventing it from flipping back
- built-in light sensors in the cylinder and the pull / side lays, these separately available options are recommended to be used together
